Finch Innovate, a provider of anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and digital onboarding solutions, has opened a new office in Kochi, marking a strategic expansion of its global technology and delivery capabilities.

The Kochi facility will function as the company’s global capability delivery centre for AML compliance, serving clients across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region and other international markets. It will also house a dedicated research and development (R&D) and AI innovation hub, focused on advancing the company’s proprietary Finch.ai platform.

To anchor global AML delivery

“Opening our Kochi office is a defining moment for Finch Innovate. Beyond expanding our footprint, Kochi will anchor our global AML delivery operations while driving innovation in AI-led compliance solutions,” said Basil Salah, managing director, Finch Innovate.

The move underscores Kochi’s growing stature as a technology and innovation hub. The company aims to tap into Kerala’s skilled talent pool to strengthen product development, regulatory technology (RegTech) capabilities, and client delivery.

Finch Innovate, a sister concern of Cinque Technologies, serves a wide spectrum of industries, including banking, fintech, payments, real estate, jewellery retail, and money exchange businesses—sectors that are increasingly facing complex compliance requirements across jurisdictions.

With regulatory scrutiny intensifying in regions such as the GCC and South Asia, the Kochi centre is expected to play a key role in accelerating the development of Finch.ai, which integrates advanced algorithms with human expertise to streamline AML compliance.
