When did the idea hit you—and what was the first thing you did next?

It struck us when we saw the EV wave rising and realized no one was riding it right in the Kerala's taxi space—so we built the blueprint and hit the road.

How did you fund the early days—bootstrapped, borrowed, or begged? (Be honest!)

Bootstrapped to the bone till date —borrowed from friends, begged when needed, but never gave up. Every rupee counted.

What's your current revenue model in simple words?

We earn through three wheels:

1. Monthly employee transport contracts

2. Direct bookings via our own on-call cab service

3. Aggregators like Uber, Ola, and Rapido

One thing you thought would work but totally flopped?

Trusting public EV charging infra—turns out, it’s a mirage when you're scaling fast.

We’re now 50-strong—12 running ops, 40 salaried drivers.
