Elite Developers has commenced construction of its ultra-luxury residential project, 'Elite Ananta', at Golf Link, Kowdiar, one of Thiruvananthapuram's most sought-after residential locations.
The foundation stone for the project was laid on July 15 by Aditya Varma of the erstwhile Travancore royal family in the presence of Arjun Rajiven, director and CEO of Elite Developers. Also present were Danesa Raghulal, director of Elite Foods & Innovations Group, and finance director Sreeram.
The traditional Bhoomi Pooja was conducted by Goshala Vishnu Vasudevan Namboothiri.
Located near the Trivandrum Golf Club, Trivandrum Tennis Club and Raj Bhavan, Elite Ananta is positioned in one of the capital city's most prestigious neighbourhoods.
The project will comprise 12 ultra-luxury four-bedroom sky villas, each spanning 4,372 sq ft. Built on a 'one home per floor' concept, every residence will have complete privacy without shared walls or common corridors.
Construction is scheduled for completion in December 2028.
According to the developer, the residences will include 3.4-metre floor-to-ceiling heights, spacious balconies with panoramic city views and VRF zoned air-conditioning.
