A new commercial development in Kozhikode, HiLite Business Park, is introducing a large-scale office space with modern facilities. Located on the Bypass road, the park features office buildings with various amenities, including cafes, boardrooms, fitness centres, and banking services.
The business park comprises two ‘S’-shaped buildings, covering approximately 1 million square feet, with space for over 200 offices. Developed by the Highlight Group, known for its commercial and residential projects, the business park is positioned as one of Kerala’s largest.
A co-working space called ‘Workbook’ has been set up within the park, catering to freelancers, startups, and businesses. It is equipped with modern infrastructure and aims to provide flexible work arrangements.
For meetings and conferences, ‘Victoria Hall’ offers seating for over 200 people, and a dedicated boardroom is available. Banking facilities are also present, with branches and ATMs of ICICI and SBI operating on-site.
Additional amenities include ‘Club 6T6’, a members-only retreat club featuring a gym, swimming pool, and indoor games. ‘HiLite Compass’ provides a space for yoga, meditation, and prayer, accessible to office employees and apartment residents. A parking facility with a capacity of 1,200 vehicles is also available.
HiLite Business Park is part of HiLite City, which includes residential spaces and a shopping mall. The entrance features a lounge, and dining options range from coffee chains like Costa Coffee to restaurants offering pan-Asian and fusion cuisine.
