In a power-packed gathering that underscores the growing importance of family-run enterprises in Kerala’s economy, Dhanam Business Media will host the second edition of the Dhanam Family Business Conclave 2026 on March 25.
The full-day event, themed “Building a Lasting and Prosperous Family Business,” is set to bring together leading business families, next-generation entrepreneurs and expert advisors from across the state. The event will be held at Crowne Plaza Kochi.
Positioned as a high-impact platform for insight and collaboration, the conclave will run from 10 am to 9 pm, featuring over 300 delegates and more than 25 speakers. The highlight will be the keynote address by T S Kalyanaraman, managing director of Kalyan Jewellers, who is expected to share lessons on scaling and sustaining a family business in a competitive landscape.
Designed as a comprehensive learning and networking forum, the event will feature panel discussions, expert-led sessions and interactive exchanges. It will conclude with an exclusive networking dinner, offering participants an opportunity to engage with peers and industry leaders in an informal setting.
The conclave will feature some of Kerala’s most prominent business leaders and experts. These include George Alexander Muthoot, managing director of Muthoot Finance; Aju Jacob of Synthite Industries; Dr. A. V. Anoop; Navas Meeran; Jose T Ramapuram; Prof. Kavil Ramachandran; Anil Sainani; and MSA Kumar.
With family businesses forming the backbone of Kerala’s entrepreneurial ecosystem, the conclave will explore key themes such as sustaining success across generations, building resilient and future-ready enterprises, succession planning and governance frameworks, and the professionalisation of family businesses, including the role of non-family CEOs. Discussions will also cover accessing external capital for expansion and managing the personal and professional dynamics within business families.
Business owners, entrepreneurs and professionals interested in family enterprises can register for the conclave at www.familybusinessconclave.com.
