

The Women Leadership Conclave 2026 organised by the Kerala Management Association will be held in Kochi on March 13. The event will take place from 10 am to 5 pm at Taj Vivanta and will bring together prominent women from the business and professional world.
Kochi Deputy Commissioner of Police Ashwathi Jijy, IPS will deliver the inaugural address at the Women Leadership Conclave 2026. Mariam Mammen Mathew, CEO of Manorama Online, will deliver the special address, while Dr Jain Joseph, Founder and Chairman of Neo Film School, will present the keynote address. Film actor Kuku Parameswaran, Secretary of AMMA, will attend the session as the guest of honour.
Speakers at the conclave include Sreesha Ravindran, Dr Kuiljeit Uppaal, Uthara Ramakrishnan and Radhika Sethumadhavan.
A panel discussion titled “Partners in Purpose: Real Stories of Giving to Gain” will feature Abin Jose Tom and Jilu Joseph of Webandcrafts (WAC) and Joel Jacob Mathew and Maria Thomas of MLoft by Joel Jacob Mathew sharing their experiences. The session will be moderated by Annie Jacob, Founder and Principal Consultant of People Catalyst.
Another panel discussion titled “Leading with Purpose: Innovation, Wellness & Enterprise for Social Good” will bring together Devika Chandrasekharan, Founder of Fuselage Innovations and winner of the Aspire Award at the National Startup Awards 5.0; Srikant Hari, Director of Ahoi Wellness Pvt Ltd and Founder Director of Rush Hour Wellness; Ubais Ali, Founder of ‘mmore than a nut’; and Vandana Vinod, Founder and CEO of House of Vandy. The session will be moderated by Devi A. Nayar of the School of Management Studies, CUSAT, and Partner at adMAX Media Consultants.
