Kochi-based internet service provider PeakAir,  which specialises in providing high-speed connectivity to enterprises, is planning to expand its service across Kerala.

The company aims to focus on developing high-speed internet and networking solutions for businesses and institutions in more cities and regions by investing Rs 7 crore.

Jijo David, CEO of PeakAir, says this expansion will involve investments in infrastructure, including the rollout of new fibre optic networks and the introduction of advanced networking technologies. PeakAir would bring its 99.9% uptime and customer support to key economic areas like Thiruvananthapuram, Kozhikode, and Thrissur.

PeakAir's investors are also looking to acquire smaller ISPs in the market. "We have decided to fast-track our expansion by acquiring smaller players," Sunil Mampallil and George Thomas explained.

Daji Thomas, general manager of PeakAir, added, "With this growth, we aim to support the digital transformation of enterprises across Kerala, ensuring they have the necessary infrastructure to thrive in an increasingly connected world."
