Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM), in collaboration with Startup Middle East, has launched the 2025 Industry Cohort Programme’s Supply Chain & Logistics vertical to empower ten high-potential Indian startups to break into the UAE and Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC)’s fast-evolving logistics and trade ecosystem.
The programme, with Transworld Group as the strategic industry partner, will kick-start a new era of innovation by unlocking pilot projects, forging partnerships, and providing investment opportunities with some of the region’s logistics powerhouses.
The initiative is designed to connect startups with some of the Gulf’s leading logistics players. According to KSUM, participants will gain opportunities for pilot projects, business partnerships, and potential investment.
The focus areas include digital freight platforms, AI and machine learning for supply chain visibility, cold chain efficiency, port and yard digitisation, last-mile delivery solutions, and cross-border compliance automation.
Key components of the track include B2B access through curated introductions to decision-makers in the Middle East logistics sector, mentorship from regional industry veterans, and a pilot launch pad using Transworld Group’s network.
The programme will also provide direct connections with GCC-based logistics investors and support for market entry, localisation and scaling.
The 2025 Industry Cohort Programme features three verticals—food & agritech, supply chain & logistics and traveltech. Each vertical will include 10 selected startups considered ready to grow beyond India.
KSUM officials said the initiative is meant to link Indian startups with business opportunities, mentorship and sector-specific investors in the Middle East.
