The Central government proposes to sell a 5 percent stake in Cochin Shipyard through the OFS with a floor price of ₹1,540 per share.

The share price fell by 5%; the government on Tuesday said it planned to divest about 5% of its stake in the company through an OFS, priced at ₹1,540 per share

"The Cochin Shipyard Limited has an all-time high order book of around ₹22,000 crore, involving building 65 ships," says the CSL chairman, Madhu S. Nair.
